I have never been a great sleeper. For years I have been searching for the special fix that will give me rest.  I know that after two or three nights of terrible, patchy sleep I will get one good solid night.

I started this blog to help get things out of my head in the hope that it will help me sleep.  And it does help. 

I just figure my sleep issues are genetic.  My father and at least one of my sisters also spend many an hour in the middle of the night doing things other than sleeping.  At least I can catch up on my reading and programmes. 

My other assists are lavender, white noise, warm milk, yoga, exercise, no sugar, no caffeine….and the list goes on.  Do you struggle with sleep?  What do you do to manage sleeplessness?
